I'm OPEN to new clients! I'm a Nurse Practitioner with fourteen years of experience. I have cared for patients in primary care, oncology and psychiatry throughout the Boston and South Florida area.

I provide psychiatric care to individuals ages 9+ struggling with their mental health, including changes in mood, increased anxiety, OCD, ADHD, trauma, stress, and loss. I offer an empathetic, collaborative approach with the intention of helping my clients feel heard and supported. I value my clients' preferences and take a holistic view of their lives when considering the best treatment for them. My clinical interests include working with tweens, teens, and young adults, as well as women of child-bearing age.

I am a psychiatrist at Massachusetts General Hospital and faculty member at Harvard Medical School. I recently started a private practice to offer patients flexible scheduling and personalized treatment plans. My clinical specialties include ADHD, depression, anxiety, and OCD. My focus will be on the diagnosis and medication management of mental health challenges. However, I strongly believe in a well-rounded approach to mental health that can include psychotherapy and lifestyle modifications.

I am a Board-Certified Psychiatrist and a faculty member at Harvard Medical School. I am also a therapist in psychedelic research trials. I offer psychotherapy, which I combine with medication management or ketamine-assisted psychotherapy if and when needed. Welcome. Thoughtful Psychiatry is a group of psychiatric providers devoted to providing a "thoughtful" approach to psychiatric care. The practice consists of multiple psychiatric prescribers that have extensive training in psychotherapy. While we believe that medications can be very helpful, we insist on providing more than medication for our patients.

With more than 10 years of clinical and leadership experience in healthcare, I have a deep interest in exploring and developing care plans that optimally balance the application ratios of medications and other therapy techniques in the craft of patients' behavioral and mental care plans. I am also a clinical instructor and have continued to train aspiring student practitioners in the mental health field independently.
