I have broad clinical experience as a psychiatrist and therapist, working with both young patients and adults. My approach is warm and collaborative, with a focus on treatment of the whole person. Developing an understanding of psychological, social, and biological factors helps me to tailor care to each individual. I offer individual therapy within my practice, and can also prescribe medication when needed. I am licensed in New York, Florida, and Connecticut, with an office in Westport, Connecticut.
Triple-boarded in psychiatry, addiction psychiatry, and child psychiatry, I completed residency at the University of Pennsylvania, and specialty fellowships at Yale and Massachusetts General Hospital. I am currently an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Yale Department of Psychiatry.
My areas of expertise include mood disorders, anxiety disorders, college mental health, personality disorders, and substance use disorders, as well as affirming care for LGBTQIA+ patients.
