I use a functional and integrative psychiatry approach to look beyond symptom management, digging deep to identify and address the biological, environmental, and psychological causes of your mental health challenges. The most frequent conditions I treat include mood disorders (major depression, bipolar, PMDD, schizoaffective), anxiety disorders, OCD and ADHD. I utilize nutrition and lifestyle modification, medication management, therapy, lab testing and genomics for an individualized treatment plan.
I am a neurodivergent-affirming provider. I welcome inquiries from individuals who are exploring whether they may have neurodivergent traits or conditions, including autism spectrum disorder, OCD, or ADHD.
