Life can be challenging. Sometimes its a blip in our typical life routine and sometimes its more. Being equipped and having the right tools is helpful when we encounter these life challenges. However sometimes one thinks that nothing more can be done and continue to struggle. Chronic life challenges can be stressful, I have experience with medication management and brief psychotherapy to help you reach your wellness goals. I also have a compassionate approach that is important to better understand you and your needs as we work together.
Having a dual certification in family practice and psychiatry identifies with my holistic approach. I have experience with clients across the life spectrum from children to older adults. I also completed a psychiatric residency which focused on concerns including anxiety, depression, mood, sleep, psychosis and life transitions.
I work on involving you as the patient in making decisions for your mental health well being. I like to listen and understand what you see as your concerns.
