I am Jessica Parekkadan-Mohammed, a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 12 years of experience working with individuals across the lifespan. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, OCD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, postpartum depression, mood disorders, and panic disorders. I earned my Master's degree in Nursing from the Royal College of Nursing and completed my Nurse Practitioner Program at Monmouth University.

I am committed to continuously improving my skills by staying updated on the latest psychiatric advances. My approach to care is simple: it's not just about the medication. I strive to take a comprehensive, holistic, and evidence-based approach to treating my patients, recognizing that true healing requires attention to the whole person—mind, body & spirit.
