Hello, I'm a Double Board Certified Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner based in Florida. I specialize in helping both adults and children struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, life transitions, professional and personal conflict along with relationship issues, along with career stress and burnout become the best versions of themselves and achieve lasting solutions for their past and present issues !
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
As a provider, my greatest strengths lie in my integrative, patient-centered approach—blending conventional and holistic medicine to create personalized treatment plans. I prioritize education, compassion, and evidence-based care, ensuring patients feel empowered and supported in achieving optimal mental, physical and overall wellness.
I enjoy working with both individuals and couples ages 12 and older. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their careers.
