As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I can help you understand how your brain works and provide support and guidance on how to use your strengths to navigate your life as a neurodivergent person.
I provide psychiatric diagnostic evaluation, medication management, health education and brief counseling/coaching to adults. I specialize in ADHD and OCD as well as Women’s Health across the lifespan and Transgender Health.
I have a holistic approach, psychiatric medications combined with counseling, education and lifestyle changes can lead to positive outcomes in overall health .
I am limited in my ability to manage clients that have experienced recent psychiatric hospitalization or have personality or eating disorders and need a high level of support to maintain safety.
I believe that the most important factor when working with an individual is to build a solid therapeutic relationship. I use the first few sessions to get to know you and create a lasting bond to work toward positive change.
I have a Husky, (Stella) and a Frenchie, (Kingsley) who pop in and out of appointments. I love to see your cats and dogs on Zoom.
