About
Since 2010, my primary focus has been in general adult outpatient psychiatry. My expertise is in psychiatric medication management and supportive psychotherapy, as well as lifestyle treatments including light, exercise, and diet. I strongly believe in shared decision making with my patients, and will always respect your experiences and opinions when we decide on a course of treatment. I have extensive experience working with people with chronic or severe medical illnesses, difficult to treat depression, as well as substance use disorders. I will take a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to help you reach your goals.
If medications seem appropriate for you, I will keep your regimen minimal, effective, safe, and informed by the latest in evidence-based practice. Recommendations will only be given in accordance with your goals and preferences.
I do not accept commercial insurance, but will be happy to provide an invoice which can be submitted for Out of Network coverage. I am able to treat patients by video or phone in MA and NY.
