As a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I'm passionate about providing thoughtful, evidence-based care that supports the whole person. I work with individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges—including treatment resistant depression, anxiety, trauma, and ADHD—and believe that healing begins with being truly heard and understood.

When medication and therapy alone aren’t enough, I help patients find hope through evidence-based interventional psychiatry, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Spravato, and other neuromodulation treatments. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel empowered to take an active role in their mental wellness journey.

Outside of work, you'll often find me at the beach soaking up vitamin “sea” with my husband, daughters, and dogs. I enjoy music, reading, and staying active. My Christian faith is central to my life and guides my work and relationships.
