Reaching out for help isn't always easy. You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, frustrated, or simply tired of not feeling like yourself. I completed my PMHNP program at Eastern Kentucky University in 2022. Since then, I have worked in a mix of outpatient, residential, and inpatient consultation settings.
My practice is focused on helping clients ages 6-65 who are struggling with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and other mental health concerns. I work with people who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, frustrated, or simply like they aren't quite themselves anymore.
You don't have to have all the answers, and you certainly don't have to feel completely ready. But I do believe the best results happen when we work together and you are willing to be honest, participate in your treatment, and practice new skills along the way.
