I am a double board-certified psychiatrist who combines medication management and psychotherapy for adults. I trained at the Yale University School of Medicine and the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, mood disorders, OCD, trauma-related conditions, identity concerns, and life transitions. My approach considers the biological, psychological, social, and developmental dimensions of mental health, as well as the beliefs and patterns that shape how people experience themselves and the world.
Many people come to treatment feeling stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand. Life can feel overwhelming, especially when the same struggles keep returning. In my work, I focus not only on relieving symptoms, but also on helping people understand the deeper beliefs and experiences that shape how they think, feel, and live.
I offer a nonjudgmental approach to psychiatric care that integrates medication, psychotherapy, and lifestyle guidance. If this approach resonates with you, I welcome you to reach out to learn more.
