I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Eastover Psychiatric Group, P.A., currently accepting new patients ages 12 and up. My clinical focus includes depression, anxiety, mood and personality disorders, ADHD, high-functioning adult autism spectrum disorder, and care for LGBTQIA+ individuals. I strive to create a safe, affirming, and inclusive space for all my patients.
I’ve been a Nurse Practitioner for over eight years—first as a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, and for the past two years as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
I completed a one-year post-graduate fellowship in outpatient and inpatient mental health with Atrium Health here in Charlotte. Before becoming a Nurse Practitioner, I worked as a registered nurse for more than 20 years, primarily in emergency medicine and critical care.
I’m originally from Charlotte and feel deeply connected to this community. As a proud member of the local LGBTQIA+ community, I’m passionate about giving back to the city that raised me. I live here with my husband of 19 years and our two dogs, and I’m honored to care for the people of my hometown.
