I offer fully customized medication support, psychotherapy, or a combination of the two. If we decide together that medication is indicated, I am mindful of working to find the right option for your unique needs and ensuring the lowest effective therapeutic dose. In therapy, I make space for both past and present processing while keeping future focused.
In my personal time I love sharing the NE outdoors with my young daughter and even younger Irish setter, hiking local mountains, starting and (mostly) completing ongoing home renos, trying new bakeries and ice cream stands, engaging in local community boards, and curling up with a stack of children's picture books when the outdoors are less than appealing.
