I seek to serve women who are worn out. So much of being a woman is being told to be a certain way (or meet certain expectations), and it's making us physically and mentally ill. As a critical care nurse who burned out and clawed my way back to purpose, I seek to support those in helping positions or professions who realize their coping mechanisms just aren't enough anymore. I'm tired of seeing people at the end of their journey, suffering from a life of stress that has caused physical harm; and want to help people shift into wellness now. A full life with purpose is possible!
As a nurse since 2004, acute care NP since 2011, and psychiatric mental health NP since 2024; I have worked in multiple specialties and seen countless clients on both the best and worst days. With my expertise in physical and mental health; I am particularly interested in serving women who've been told "It's all in your head." I love seeing nurses!
I love helping people move toward wellness. I have a special interest in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. I am only taking on a few clients at this time as I grow my part-time private practice and continue my current full-time role in policy and advocacy.
