I earned a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Women’s Health & Adult-Gerontology in 2018 and continued to expand my expertise by completing a post-graduate certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health in 2025. My educational background also includes undergraduate degrees in both psychology and nursing, reflecting my long-standing passion for understanding and supporting the whole person — mind and body.

I have worked with a wide range of patients, including those in hospice care, correctional institutions, women’s health, and geriatrics. Through each of these roles, I have developed a strong belief that mental health is just as essential as physical health when it comes to overall well-being.
