I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and have been providing Psychiatry services for one year in outpatient, in home and treatment settings. I see teens, adults, and seniors. I address anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, psychotic disorders, and other mental health problems.
My theoretical orientation is Psychoanalytical. Sometimes we don’t know why we feel angry, sad, or anxious. These feelings and unconscious conflicts make it difficult for us to be our happier/ better selves and cause friction in our personal relationships.
