I provide conventional psychiatric care as well as evidence-based complementary therapies. I have a general practice treating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and substance use, among other conditions. I also specialize in ADHD and women's mental health.
In my general practice, I manage existing medications or initiate treatment in patients new to mental health care. I also provide supportive psychotherapy within the context of the medication management visits.
For ADHD, I conduct an evaluation if undiagnosed and prescribe medications when needed. I can also refer to an ADHD coach or therapist for further support.
For women's mental health care, I treat perimenopausal women, premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), pregnant women, and postpartum depression and anxiety. I am currently pursuing a women's mental health certification to further my education in this important area of study. I am happy to work alongside your OB/GYN to ensure optimal care.
