I provide conventional psychiatric care as well as evidence-based complementary therapies. I have a general practice treating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and substance use, among other conditions. I also specialize in ADHD and women's mental health. In my general practice, I manage existing medications or initiate treatment in patients new to mental health care. I also provide supportive psychotherapy within the context of the medication management visits. For ADHD, I conduct an evaluation if undiagnosed and prescribe medications when needed. I can also refer to an ADHD coach or therapist for further support.

Regarding women's mental health care, I am a certified perinatal mental health specialist (PMH-C). I treat perimenopausal women, women experiencing premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), pregnant women, and women with postpartum depression and anxiety. I am happy to work alongside your OB/GYN to ensure optimal care.

I work with clients experiencing a variety of issues, from inattention to depression and anxiety. At the initial appointment, I conduct a psychiatric evaluation and together we discuss which medications and treatments might be helpful.
