I work with people that feel overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, unfocused, or stuck in patterns that aren’t serving them. Whether it’s stress, ADHD symptoms, mood changes, relationship struggles, or emotional eating. They’re looking for clarity, relief, and real progress, not just quick fixes. I help clients gain clarity, feel more emotionally balanced, and build habits that support a healthier, more stable life.
