I work with pediatrics and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood issues, sleep difficulties, burnout, and major life transitions, including perinatal and postpartum mood concerns. You may appear to be holding everything together—but inside, your mind feels loud, overwhelmed, or constantly on edge. I support adolescents and adults who are tired of pushing through and are ready for their thoughts, emotions, and focus to feel more manageable again.
