I am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and founder of Odinma Health, a primarily tele-psychiatric practice serving mid teens and adults. I offer limited in-person visits in Nashville. I focus on depression, anxiety, and lifestyle improvement, believing mental wellness goes beyond medication and includes healthy routines, stress management, self-improvement, and habits that support long-term emotional and physical well-being and resilience.
On the first visit I really want to get to know you as a person. My goal is to help you feel better in whatever stage of life you are in—all from the comfort of your home. Treatment may include medication when needed, but we also work on daily coping skills to manage stress, emotions, and life challenges.
I am an active listener who creates a nonjudgmental space for clients to share openly. At the same time, I am honest and straightforward when I notice behaviors that may be holding someone back.
