I am a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP). I have 15 years experience working in the mental health field.
My primary role as a PMHNP consists of medication management. My approach is to support clients to develop a plan to increase their capacity to cope with daily life stressors through medication management, education and therapy.
I want to make a meaningful difference in clients’ lives by promoting mental wellness while managing acute and chronic conditions.
I specialize in treating anxiety, panic, depression, and mood dysregulation. I also have experience working with substance use disorders, PTSD, and complex traumatic stressors.
I utilize a holistic approach when with working clients. I provide a safe and judgement free environment while assisting the individual through life’s mental health challenges.
I am currently open to working with clients ages 16 and up. I see clients in person and online.
