I’m currently accepting new clients by telehealth or from our Northeast Center for Youth and Families (NCYF) Easthampton office. I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. At this time, I treat ages 14 and up from all different backgrounds. I have experience treating depression, anxiety, mood disorders, addictions, concentration and focus issues and personality disorders. I primarily prescribe and manage medications but also recommend therapy modalities and collaborate closely with therapists of all backgrounds.
My approach to treating clients is to form a therapeutic alliance with each individual. I believe in educating my clients by sharing the knowledge and experience that I have gained over my 32-year nursing and nurse practitioner career.
I feel that this is the best way to facilitate my clients ability to make informed decisions and this approach empowers people to achieve both physical and mental wellness. Combining good medication management with good psychotherapy and good wellness care I help my clients achieve holistic wellness and improved quality of life.
