I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing personalized, evidence-based care for children, teens, and adults. My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in real life. I especially enjoy working with ADHD, high-functioning individuals who feel overwhelmed, and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
