I am a Board- Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner dedicated to developing trusting, collaborative, and effective working relationships with my clients. I believe in utilizing a holistic approach to mental health which can include psychotherapy, lifestyle and environmental modifications, and medication when necessary. The primary services I offer include comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnosis, medication management, as well as psychoeducation and brief therapeutic interventions.
I am specifically interested in the care of children, adolescents, and young adults with the majority of clients I treat being between the ages of 6- 35. I have received additional training and supervision in working with children and adolescents and have worked in teams collaborating with families, schools, therapists, and primary care providers.
I rely heavily on the shared decision-making model of care, respecting each client’s unique experiences and values. I provide evidence-based practice recommendations and will work together with you to develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs and comfort.
