I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with a focus on helping individuals prioritize their mental health and overall wellness. I am also dual certified in general medicine as an adult geriatric primary care nurse practitioner so I have a strong background in chronic disease management and discovering how that can play a roll in your mental health. I enjoy working with all individuals regardless of age, race, gender, sexuality, religious background, or political beliefs. You are welcome and cared for here. I currently see individuals age 18 and older.

I have an interest in assisting those seeking support for ADHD, anxiety, trauma rooted mental health struggles, neurocognitive decline/dementia, and mood disorders. With 10 years of experience as an NP and 15+ in the field of nursing, I tailor my care to your individual needs which often includes a balance of physical and mental wellness.

Whether you are dealing with the emotional challenges that come with navigating chronic illness or managing mental health struggles separate from any physical illness, my focus is on treating you as a whole person.
