I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with years of experience not only as a Psychiatric NP but also as a nurse and as a United States Army combat medic and parametric. I earned my Bachelor’s in Nursing, with summa cum laude honors, a Master’s in Nursing Education (magna cum laude), and two post-master’s degrees.
My passion lies in helping patients find their way to optimal mental health and wellness with compassion, wisdom, and a bit of humor along the way. I have experience with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, bipolar and ADHD.
Outside of work, I enjoy live concerts and being with my two adorable beagle rescues.
