I’m a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed in Georgia, and I’ve spent the last several years helping women and adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, discouraged, or “not themselves” finally feel understood and supported. My approach is simple: you’re a whole person, not a set of symptoms. My work is about getting curious together about why you feel the way you do — not just putting a Band-Aid on it. Many of my clients come to me feeling tired of pushing through on their own, unsure what’s happening with their mood, or confused by changes in their hormones, stress, or sleep.
Our first appointment is about an hour, and it’s a calm, honest conversation where you get to show up exactly as you are. I’ll ask about your background, what you’ve been feeling, and what you want your life and mental health to look like. Together, we’ll start shaping a working diagnosis and create a treatment plan that feels doable and aligned with you.
My biggest strength is listening deeply. I want you to feel seen, heard, and understood — not rushed. I’m honest and down-to-earth, and I ask for the same honesty from you because real change only happens when we’re both showing up as our true selves.
