The first visit is a consultation so we can get to know each other. We will explore YOUR reasons for visiting with me, your medical and mental health history, your family history, your symptoms and your goals. We will work together to come up with a plan that you're comfortable with.
I offer expert medication management and for those who also need, I perform brief psychotherapy to compliment the medications. I can help with referrals to other specialists, if needed, as well as assisting you to find other resources within the community. I try to practice holistically to ensure both body and mind are optimal!
