I'm Dr. Jen Ardizzone Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I provide clients with thoughtful, carefully considered use of prescription medications and/or other modalities that will help get to the root of their symptoms.
I offer therapy & medication management for depression, anxiety, ADHD, anger management, bipolar and trauma. I integrate mindfulness, inner-child, somatic & attachment work, CBT, DBT, talk, NLP & Reiki for individualized care. Medication is never the default & only chosen with care & honesty. Couples also receive individual evaluations.
While I do believe you hold the answers within you, you don’t have to have all the answers to start. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns, or tired of managing symptoms without feeling real relief, you aren't alone, I've been there too, and you don't have to get through it alone.
