I’m Dr. Grant and I’m a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) trained in both medication management and psychotherapy. I treat a variety of conditions including (but not limited to) anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, OCD, and psychosis. I also have a particular passion for functional and reproductive psychiatry, including working with clients in the pre-conception, pregnancy, and post-partum stages of life.
During our first appointment, we will spend some time discussing your psychiatric and medical history, why you are seeking care, and what your goals are. We will work together to come up with a treatment plan that may include medications, supplements, psychotherapy, and in some cases, transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS).
We will also look at how nutrition, sleep, exercise, and stress reduction strategies may enhance your wellbeing. My goal is to meet you where you are, and partner with you to make the changes you want to see. Discussing mental health can be difficult and I aim to make it as comfortable as possible by treating you with compassion and respect.
