Hello, my name is Jemma Small, I am a dual Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a great deal of experience and excellent people skills. I have been a healthcare professional for the past 34 years.
My goal is to provide effective care and treatment for mood and behavioral disorders, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, attention deficit hyperactive disorder, and others. In addition to brief supportive therapy, I take a patient-centered, holistic approach as part of each patient’s treatment plan.
Jemma earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Phoenix, a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix, and a post-graduate board certificate in Psychiatry from South University and Regis College-Massachusetts. Post-graduate certificate in Family Health Care.
