I offer in-person consultations, individual psychotherapy, couple therapy, and medication treatments to adults and adolescents. I take pride in bringing compassion, patience, and transparency to every encounter. I commonly work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depressive symptoms, life transitions, and/or those who simply seek to know themselves and improve their health on a more holistic level.
I am a psychiatrist based in Burlington, Vermont, specializing in psychoanalytic psychotherapy with a background in osteopathic medicine, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness-based and interpersonal therapies. I work with individuals interested in medication treatments as well.
I complete independent medical examinations (IME) and psychiatric second opinions.
