I am a board-certified psychiatrist and proud Colorado native dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive care to individuals seeking a holistic approach to mental wellness. I completed medical school and adult psychiatry residency training at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. As part of my intensive training, I engaged in the Psychotherapy Scholars Track which enriched my perspective and skill set in psychotherapy. I completed basic and intermediate training in clinical hypnosis through ASCH/SCEH workshops.
Additionally, I pursued specialized studies in psychodynamic psychotherapy at the Denver Institute for Psychoanalysis. With proficiency across various treatment modalities - including medication management, CBT, CPT, clinical hypnosis, and psychodynamic psychotherapy - I'm well-prepared to offer a holistic approach tailored to each individual's needs.
