I have been a nurse for 12 years and specialized in psychiatry in 2021. I especially love working with teens to young adults that are transitioning out of high school to college or from college to their professional careers. I hear about high anxiety, imposter syndrome, difficulty focusing, depression, and clients wondering how to manage it all.
