Hi there! Are you searching for a prescriber to fine-tune your treatment to fit your needs and goals? I specialize in precision psychopharmacology; leveraging genetic testing, metabolic insights and a whole-person approach. My goal as your Nurse Practitioner is to help you make long lasting changes to better your health, improve your mood, sleep and quality of life. But you will be the main driver of these changes, and my role will be to support you on your journey.
I work with teens and adults struggling with Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, Insomnia, Binge-Eating, Long-Covid Syndrome and Peri/Menopausal symptoms. I diagnose and treat these conditions, often prescribing prescription meds with optional supplements when they may be beneficial. Initial visits with me are 1 hour and follow-ups are 30 minutes.
I try to respond personally to every one of you who reach out, within 24 hours. Why? Because I know that it can feel overwhelming to call and email multiple providers, looking for help. If we are a good match, I want to get started working with you right away!
