Treatment starts with a complete interview and laboratory work. I look at medical/genetic issues, psychological factors, diet, exercise and spiritual practices. Specialties include treatment-resistant depression/anxiety disorders/work life balance/ and stress reduction therapies as well as the traditional medication management of symptoms.
