I am a doctoral-prepared dual-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). I manage most mental health issues and avoid burnout. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. I'll use a whole self-approach, in addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit.
