I believe therapy and medication management are valuable tools for cultivating personal growth and healing. As a healthcare provider, I strive to maintain a critical consciousness, recognizing how systems of oppression shape our experiences, including our pain and our paths to healing. My style focuses on building a trusting relationship to explore and honor these experiences.
I’m a nurse practitioner, board-certified in women’s health and psychiatry. Previously, I provided abortion care and gender-affirming services—work that continues to shape my practice today. My path to nursing was simple- I wanted to have meaningful conversations about improving our mental, sexual, and physical health. I feel truly honored to do this work.
