My name is Jazmine. I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). My passion is helping people take charge of their mental health and overall well-being. We start by checking in on how you’ve been doing—your mood, sleep, stress level, and any changes since our last appointment. I want to understand what’s working, what’s not, and what feels most important for us to focus on that day.
I consider my greatest strengths as a PMHNP to be my ability to build genuine therapeutic relationships and create a safe, nonjudgmental space for my patients. I approach each individual with empathy, cultural sensitivity, and curiosity, recognizing that every person’s mental health journey is unique.
