I am a board-certified psychiatrist and have extensive experience working with professionals such as CEO’s, lawyers, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to find renewed balance and reconnect with purpose in their lives. I also have experience in working with the LGBTQ+ community who might be struggling with sexual identity and are ready to start experiencing their true authentic life.
My treatment approach is grounded in both traditional medication management and cognitive behavioral therapy while also offering integrative and holistic psychiatric treatments including a focus on lifestyle changes and sleep optimization. My goal overall is to become a trusted partner in helping you to start leading a fulfilling and happy life.
