My approach to providing mental health care is collaborative, compassionate, and holistic, focusing on understanding each patient’s unique needs and empowering them to take an active role in their progress. I commonly integrate components of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Maslow's hierarchy of needs, and Piaget's theory of cognitive development.
I typically work with patients dealing with depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, and childhood-onset ADHD. I am most comfortable working with individuals who are motivated to use medication as part of a comprehensive, multi-faceted approach to managing their symptoms.
