It’s hard finding access to good mental health care. Whether it's due to long wait times to see someone, or feeling like you're not being heard, it seems that the mental health care system just isn't optimized to deliver effective treatment. With that in mind, I have developed a practice designed to deliver treatment that, at its core, is convenient, comprehensive, and compassionate.
I offer both medication and psychotherapy to individuals struggling with depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, substance use disorders, stress and burnout, and emotional dysregulation. I enjoy developing collaborative alliances with my clients, and aim to provide them with as much information so that they can live a better life.
I completed my MD and PhD in neuroscience, followed by psychiatry residency and mood disorders fellowship training at UW and UCLA, respectively. I specialize in advanced psychopharmacology for treatment-resistant unipolar and bipolar depression. In addition to providing clinical care, I teach psychiatry residents in the Mood Disorders Clinic at UCLA.
