I offer a patient-centered level of access to mental healthcare: tele-health visits, 25 to 50-minute appointments, monthly visits (or more), and direct communication between visits through a secure patient portal. Some psychiatrists can be judgmental and dismissive—I promise to sincerely listen to your concerns. I may offer psychiatric medications, but I will never push them on you. I won’t promise to have all the answers, but I will walk alongside you on the path to mental wellness.

Your experience is uniquely your own, but I can confidently state that I have successfully treated patients struggling with a similar mental health background. I have helped patients overcome “treatment-resistant” depression and suicidal thoughts. I have guided patients with extreme anxiety and agoraphobia to leave their homes and live independent lives.

I have treated veterans with combat-related PTSD. I have helped teenagers with ADHD improve their academics. I have treated patients grappling with psychosis and bipolar mania return to become themselves again.
