Mental health is not one glove fits all. We each have our unique backgrounds, stories, lifestyles, struggles, beliefs, and sources of joy. I use mindfulness meditation, life coaching, lab monitoring, vitamins, nutrition, movement, books and more to promote long-term wellness. I also provide Ketamine Therapy for complex conditions such as treatment resistant depression.
