I've had the privilege of working with some great people in my 11 years in the field of psychiatry. One of the most important lessons I learned from a mentor, is sometimes people just need to be told "you're okay". As a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I aim to keep medicine to minimum and care to a maximum. Whether you are seeking help for yourself or your child, I'm sure I can help.
I treat patients from ages 6-35 years old with a wide range of ailments including ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, and Mood Disorders. Treatment options will include suggestions for non-medication options such as psychotherapy, healthy diet, exercise, other holistic methods and of course medication management.
