Hello and welcome! My name is Jared and I am a practicing psychiatric nurse practitioner since 2023. I have been a registered nurse working in a variety of specialities for over 9 years, including neuro critical care, cardiology, & case management. I am providing medication management and psychiatric evaluations. I currently specialize in substance use, depressive disorders, mood disorders, & anxiety. I primarily treat patients in partial hospitalization programs (PHP) and intensive outpatient programs (IOP), but am looking to treat more patients for long term med management. I treat ages 12 and up.

I am providing psychiatric evaluation and medication management/prescribing. I am not a therapist. I prescribe all psychiatric medications including those for substance use such as Suboxone. I also often order genetic testing, which can help with the selection of medications based on your individual metabolism. Visit frequency ranges from every 2 weeks to every 3 months, depending on your acuity.
