Hi, I'm January, a dual certified FNP and PMHNP who specializes in helping those with PTSD, mood disorders, neurodivergence, dealing with chronic illnesses, and women's lifespan concerns. I have been practicing in psychiatry since 2009 and provide a comprehensive, holistic, and person-centered approach to treating your symptoms. I collaborate with your health care team and listen to your goals for treatment. I offer evidence based medication management and supportive therapy using an IFS-informed approach, CBT, motivational interviewing, with focus on self care and mindfulness. I have extra training in trauma care, maternal medicine, mood disorders, and extensive expertise in chronic illnesses and treatment resistant conditions.
