I have experience treating various mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and trauma-related disorders, such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Using an integrative approach, I aim to assist my clients with achieving their treatment goals and reaching mental wellness.
My practice follows a person-centered approach. I truly believe in my clients being active participants in their healthcare. I also believe that clients should have a thorough understanding of their treatment options and be allowed to voice their preferences without fear of rejection by their providers.
