At Thirty-One Wholistic Healthcare, I believe treatment should honor the whole you—mind, body, and spirit. I’m a board-certified Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 14 years of experience in healthcare. I'm also a real person, a mom of two girls, and someone who has walked through PTSD, depression, and anxiety myself. I know what it feels like to carry a mental load that seems too heavy—and I know how important it is to have a safe place to lay it down.
My approach is down-to-earth and relational. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all care. Instead, I meet you where you are, listen deeply, and work with you to find the right mix of tools, whether that’s medication support, therapy woven into our visits, or integrative wellness practices.
