In building a relationship with my patients, I take a comprehensive, collaborative and compassionate approach. I take the time to get to know each person both as an individual but also within the context of their family and outside relationships. I began my private practice to allow me to take the time necessary to get to know my patients and provide personalized, quality care.
I am board certified in both Child/Adolescent and Adult psychiatry which gives me the opportunity to treat patients across the life span. I enjoy working with school-age children and teens and I also have a special interest in the area of "emerging adulthood" or those people in their late teens and early 20s.
Just as every individual is unique, every treatment plan is unique. I strive to tailor treatment to suit every individual's needs which may include medications and/or therapy.
